Vrapido is a platform that connects customers with independent lawn care and snow removal contractors ("Pros") in Morton Grove, IL (ZIP 60053). We facilitate bookings, handle payments, and provide real-time job tracking.
We offer two services:
Pricing is based on property size and is displayed before you confirm your booking. All prices are in USD.
Bookings are confirmed immediately. You may cancel before a Pro is dispatched for a full refund. Once a Pro is en route, cancellation is not available and the full service fee applies.
Payment is collected at the time of booking. Vrapido retains a service fee; the remainder is paid to the Pro after job completion. We accept all major cards via Stripe.
Vrapido Pros are independent contractors, not employees. They are required to maintain professional conduct, arrive on time, and complete work to a reasonable standard. Customer feedback helps maintain quality across the platform.
No-Side-Dealing Policy. Contractors and customers agree not to arrange, solicit, or conduct any services outside the Vrapido platform for a period of 12 months following their first transaction. Violation of this clause may result in account suspension, service termination, and legal action.
Vrapido invests in matching, payment processing, and trust infrastructure on behalf of both parties. This clause exists to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure continued reliability for all users.
Vrapido acts as an intermediary between customers and Pros. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or service disputes beyond facilitating a resolution. All service disputes should be reported within 48 hours of job completion.
Contact information shared between Pro and customer is protected and only disclosed under the following conditions: (a) after a job is completed and paid, and (b) for the sole purpose of resolving post-service issues. Users may not use contact information obtained through Vrapido for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Vrapido reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the community. Pro accounts may be revoked at any time without compensation.
